Rental Property Renovation

Before  /  After

This was a complete renovation of an entire rental apartment. The property had been badly neglected and was in a very dilapidated condition.
We took off the old, smelly, badly abused carpet and sanded, stained and painted the hardwood floor with polyurethane paint in the living room and dining room.
In the kitchen and bathroom we installed a new 12' x 12' inch vinyl flooring.
In the Bedrooms and Hallway, we installed beautiful oak wooden laminate flooring.
The bathroom was renovated and new bathroom facilities were installed. In the same way, the kitchen was updated with new appliances.
Also, we gave a fresh coat of paint to the entire apartment.
In addition to sprucing up the inside of the apartment, outside was renovated by installing an entire front porch floor, giving this apartment a new beautiful entry access adding charm and to the living space.

Installed Chimney Rock Charcoal Laminate Floor

Before / After

This living room and dining room were carpeted. The kitchen had a plain laminate floor. We installed a beautiful shiny, Chimney rock Charcoal laminate floor.
These rooms now have a renewed elegance which match the black and white décor. In addition to the visible beauty, these floors provide a healthy, allergy free environment.
Underneath an old, faded carpet were plywood stairs which were transformed into sophisticated, ebony oak stair treads.
The black stair treads provide a distinctive contrast with the white risers.

Modernizing the Kitchen

This customer had on their kitchen floor, cold, broken 12 inch ceramic tiles which were put down incorrectly. We took off the tiles, cleaned the subfloor, laid down strong plywood and installed a beautiful, warm Mediterra cork tiles.

In addition to the new flooring, we installed white ceramic tiles on the backsplash contrasting with the black, marble countertop. The tiles serve to add a finished touch to the cooking area making it easy for cleaning.
