Renewed Living Space
Before / After
These customers decided to add living space to their existing small kitchen by joining it with the living room.
This work consisted of tearing down one wall, building a breakfast bar and adding decorative ceramic tiles to create a personal touch.
All the blue paneling was removed from one wall in this kitchen.
The walls were restored and painted a light green shade.

Small Bathroom

This is a small bathroom on the main floor. In order to create more space, I remodeled this room completely. This remodeling included removing the sink, toilet, ceiling, floor, walls and plaster. I also needed to level this floor to make it even with the hallway floor.
Sapphire Mosaic tiles were used on the bathroom and the hallway floors.

Creation of a Comfortable Dining Area

This is an old house and the new owner needed a large living/dining room for his family. We joined an old living room with a bordering bedroom .To ensure a strongly structured house, we designed and constructed a box beam support and decorated it with two interior columns. We relocated all electrical connections also.
